CASP conveyor belts are used for transportation of bulk cereals, bran and pelletized products, fulfilling the various motion capacities, with a minimum of mechanical damage to products.

Available in capacities from 40 to 300 t/h.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

STRUCTURE
Comprised of galvanized stringers with a design adequate to easy cleaning, preventing the accumulation of impurities.

ROLLERS
The rollers are equal and interchangeable, with double-shielded bearings, ensuring smoothness in transportation, and a low noise level.

DRIVING
Driving is made by a motor reducer or pulleys and chains (optional), with a drum dimensioned to ensure the embracing of the chain without slipping.

CHAIN
The chain used offers high resistance and greater durability to the work of transportation of cereals, brans and pelletized.

STRETCHERS
Stretchers ensure the minimum chain tension, preventing sliding between chains and mover drum.
They may be of the screw, gravitational or ratchet type.

OPERATIONAL DEVICES
