In a robust construction, CASP conveyor belts are used for transportation of bulk cereals, bran and pelletized products, fulfilling the various motion capacities, without releasing dust into the environment.

Available in capacities from 60 to 300 t/h.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

DRIVING
Driving is made by a motor reducer interconnected to an axis with cogwheel made of high-resistance steel, dimensioned with a high safety factor, ideal for continuous industrial use and to fulfill the farm producer.

BASE/STRETCHER
The base of the CASP conveyor belts has the function of performing as a belt stretcher with easy access for maintenance.

GALVANIZED BODY
The body of the CASP conveyor belts is made with galvanized steel, ensuring durability and easy internal access for equipment maintenance.

DRAGGING CHAIN
The dragging chain is made with high-resistance steel, thermally treated for greater durability and provided with high-resistance polyethylene scrappers, to ensure total transporter internal cleaning.

OPERATIONAL DEVICES
Optionally, operation indication sensors may be added, also allowing system automation, according to the technical features of the products processed.
